Is this really free?
Yes. The whole beta is free. Transaction fees only kick in when Marketplace opens — and beta vendors lock in a reduced lifetime rate.
Why not just stay on Meta / Etsy?
You can! But your reach is being throttled, your account can disappear overnight, and your customers are being charged more so the platform makes more. We think small shops deserve better.
How are you moderating?
Humans. Community-elected trust leads + full-time staff. If we take action on a post or account, we tell you why and you can appeal in 48 hours.
What about shipping and payments?
When Marketplace launches you get paid directly either manually or automatically at a schedule you can set, we never hold your money.
We don't do any shipping for you but you will be able to setup shipping zones in your shop so you can charge appropriate shipping for your items.
When does Marketplace open?
Beta vendors get early access this summer. Public launch is planned for Q4 2026.
